Terms ~ |
| The
time of the service contracted begins promptly one hour before
the wedding ceremony begins, so please keep this in mind
when selecting one of the packages. |
| A
Retainer of $300.00 is required to reserve
your wedding date. The balance is due one week prior to your
wedding. Additional payments may apply if services are rendered
before contracted wedding date. To be discussed on a one to
one basis. |
| Postponement: In
the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding/contract
all amounts paid in advance by the client under the contract
become the non refundable property of the studio at the time
of payment, so that the studio has no obligation to refund
any money in the event of postponement or cancellation of
the wedding. The parties agree that by entertaining this
contract and performing any services under it, the studio
has provided adequate consideration to the client for the
amounts paid. |
| Additional
orders must be paid in full art the
time the order is placed. No part of the wedding will be allowed
to leave the studio until all orders are paid in full. |
| Late
orders will be at regular studio prices. |
| Travel
Fees: To be quoted at time contract is
signed and is based on miles needed to travel. |
Extra
Coverage: A photographers fee for $100.00
an hour will be charged for any extended hours of beyond time
allotted in packages. This must be discussed and agreed upon
at least 6 months prior to the wedding date.
